Craig Williams

Craig Williams runs yoga groups in Cornwall. He trains in martial arts including Jiu Jitsu and Pekiti Tirsia Kali. Craig works as a community first responder and is into surfing. Craig’s specialisms are meditation and pranayama, he will take charge of this aspect of our weekend retreat at Waterperry.
Craig has a 200 hr yoga teaching certificate and is registered with the Yoga Alliance. He has completed a 200hr meditation and mindfulness teacher training course and a 100hr pranayama course with the Yoga Alliance. Craig is an initiate of babaji’s Kriya Yoga under M.G Satchidananda. He is first aid trained to FREC4, PHTLS.
His style is gentle and he has been teaching meditation courses since 2023.
