Alan (often called ‘Swami’ Alan), has run men’s yoga groups in the West Country (UK) for over ten years. Alan has worked extensively in education, from primary to post-grad, including the prison service. Alan gained a PGCE (Professional Graduate Certificate in Education) from Bath Spa University. He holds a senior grade in the Korean martial art of Taekwon do and has done a 200hr yoga teacher training course with the Centre of Excellence, gaining recognition for Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
